Order Fulfillment
All King of Salem products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Tapstitch. This means each item is printed, embroidered, or assembled after your order is placed. We do not hold stock, and all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Order Processing Time
Production typically takes 3–7 business days.
Orders are sent to production as soon as they are placed.
Processing time may vary depending on order volume, holidays, or fulfillment capacity.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and internationally. All shipping is handled by Tapstitch and calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery after production:

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout by Tapstitch based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. We do not manually set or adjust these rates.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes
King of Salem and Tapstitch do not cover customs duties, import taxes, or VAT.
If you are ordering internationally, your country may require additional payment upon delivery. These charges are not included in your checkout total and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for the following:

If You Receive a Defective or Incorrect Item
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as ordered, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email].
Please include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief explanation.
We will forward your claim to Tapstitch, who will handle the review and next steps. If the issue is confirmed, a replacement or refund may be issued.
Return Processing Times
We cannot guarantee a specific timeframe for return processing. All returns are managed by Tapstitch, and resolution depends on their investigation process. We will update you once we receive a decision.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if Tapstitch confirms the product is defective, cannot be replaced, or is lost in transit. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received. Please contact your local courier service for assistance.
